Players with Usernames over 16 characters cannot lot in

Players with Usernames over 16 characters long cannot log in online or on the Playmaker. We are currently working on a solution that will shorten the 16+ character Usernames down to 16 characters by cutting off the end characters. This will enable players to log in and update their Username to something shorter.

In the mean time, if you have a Username over 16 characters long please reply to this with your Username (you do not need to be logged in to leave comments on our known issues) and let us know which new Username you would like so that we can update it for you.
