Buzztime 101: Log In Tips to Keep You Sane!

In an effort to help you over those pesky log-in hurdles, here are some tips – specially geared toward our legacy players – that will make it easier than ever to get down to business -- the business of Buzztime!

• Tip One: If you use our website to check your player information, stats,hall of fame,and Player Reward Card status, you already have a Username/Password and you don’t need to do ANYTHING with your account. Simply start logging in to the Playmaker with your website Username/Password and Voila! You’re in!
  
  
• Tip Two: When upgrading from PIN/Handle to Username/Password, use your existing 4-digit PIN as your new password… it will make remembering your new information a lot less challenging.
  
  
• Tip Three: Passwords are case sensitive. To make your life a little easier, we suggest that you make your password all caps, or all numbers – that way you don’t have to mess with that pesky “shift” button. (Remember the Playmaker defaults to all caps!)

Okay, okay... we know that the big questions is, “Why are you doing this to us?!? The old log-in method worked great!” Well, the simple answer is that we are evolving, and as we evolve, our new products won’t support the old log in. Better to get everyone up to speed now, than have players with different log in information for all of our products, because THAT would be tricky… and we all know that tricky can be frustrating…
